The 5th annual Utica Music and Arts Festival takes The Radisson, 200 Genesee Street, as festival headquarters this year.

Fest Headquarters is creeping uptown a little this year and taking the party to The Raddison. Festival check-in will be held out of this point and the hotel will also host several musical performances during the UMAF weekend. If you are traveling for the festival, there is no better spot to be in than Headquarters! It is convenient, but also gives rise to some great networking between artists and local venues and fans. Check with the friendly hotel folks for any available specials.
If you’re smart, you’ll have your presale passes for the entire weekend which will be going on sale soon, and you can trade those in for your official schwag at the UMAF master table. More details on schwag TBA. If you need to buy a pass, either an individual day or weekend all access, you do that at the table. If you’d like to sport a stylish UMAF t-shirt, wristband, sticker, or any other merch, you’ll get that there too. It’s the headquarters for a reason. You can’t get ‘there’ unless it’s through ‘here.” You can always pay an individual door cover to hear a performer without any passes to the festival at all, but that may not be the most cost effective.
That means almost everyone gets to pass through, get a little listen to the performer of the moment for no cover charge (hotel shows are freebies!), have a look at some of the things on display, meet up and plan the evening and share in the whole team’s last minute excitement. Yes, that is what last minute festival excitement looks like on the other side of that desk.
